Fabrication Manager

Our client does Heavy Civil projects and they currently have a direct hire role open for a Fabrication Manager.   

They do many facets of Civil Construction such as Bridges/Tunnels, Water Resources, Specialty Structures and Transportation.   

Duties:
-Overseeing the team that does Fabrication, Welding, and assembly of steel fabrication for permanent/temporary needs
-Plans and organizes and controls production in the department 
-Oversees paper work such as, time sheets, daily audits and equipment inspections

Full benefit package and PTO offered.  Pay is based upon experience, around $80k/year.

Qualifications: 
-10+ Years experience in Structural steel fabrication, or construction/manufacturing related field experience 
-Ability to pass weld test for stick/flux core 
-Strong math and measuring skills 
-Must  be able to pass preemployment screenings.
